The Fair Trial Fellowship Programme, an initiative instituted by the National Law University under Project 39A, provides legal representation to undertrial prisoners in Pune (Yerwada) and Nagpur Central Prisons.

The Prisons, Courts, Legal Aid Report and its Executive Summary presents the learnings and reflections of the Programme from its work during January 2019 to March 2021. The design of this document has been kept minimal with clean infographics to support the statistics.
